1. Standard Delivery
- Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed due to external factors out of our control.
- Deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order unless otherwise stated.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. For more details, refer to our Terms and Conditions.
2. In-Store Pickup
- Availability: In-store pickup is available for orders totaling $5,000.00 or more.
- Scheduling: Pickups must be arranged by appointment only. Please contact us to schedule a convenient time.
Note: All delivery times and dates are estimates only. While we strive to meet these timelines, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
How Is My Subscription Fulfilled?
If you subscribe to one of our plans, your subscription will be fulfilled as follows:
- Once per week on a scheduled day
- Once every two weeks
- Once a month on a fixed date
You will receive advance notice of your scheduled delivery dates via email or through your account dashboard.
Do You Deliver Internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping! However, please note the following:
- Free Shipping: Free shipping is not valid on international orders unless pre-negotiated.
- Rules & Restrictions: Some international deliveries may be subject to additional rules, restrictions, taxes, and duties over which we have no control.
- Your Responsibility: You are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and for any additional costs or taxes incurred.
What Happens If My Order Is Delayed?
If your order is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a revised estimated delivery date. If your order is seized, we will reship 50% or refund 50%.
